Pamela Bradley Burton
Founder and President

With over 20 years of international business experience, Pam has directed international/global marketing for leading technology companies such as NETg, Dun & Bradstreet Software, McCormack & Dodge, PictureTel Corporation, Progress Software, Media 100 and Protégé Group.

At NETg (a leading IT training provider) Pam was responsible for repositioning and strengthening the brand, tripling NETg's global press coverage, and taking the company from being the "best kept secret" (according to the sales people) to winning double recognition as Training Company of the Year from the Institute of IT Training and Computing Magazine.  She also named, priced, packaged and launched NETg's hosted learning solution, XtremeLearning, which received one million hits in its first three months of operation.

Prior to NETg, Pam was based in London as Senior Vice President, Marketing of Protégé, a leading technology business accelerator who launched over 30 firms into Europe including AvantGo, Vignette and Virage. She gained the UK-based Protégé recognition as an Upside Hot 100 company as well as extensive international media coverage (Wall Street Journal, CNN, Financial Times) on the results of the Protégé First Annual CEO Survey on International Expansion, a research project she conceived and managed. Pam helped Protégé reinvent its business model by creating, productizing, packaging and delivering a unique suite of InstantOn services for companies expanding internationally.

Pam has a B.A. from Colby College, an M.A. from New York University and a Diplome Superieur from the University of Caen, France. Fluent in French, Pam has spent a large part of her day- to-day working life outside of the United States in over 20 countries.

She has successfully launched European based companies into the U.S. and taken U.S. companies to Europe, Asia and South America   Her global marketing experience, knowledge base and personally established network has enabled her clients to gain time to market, avoid mistakes and achieve market leadership positions even within modest budgets.
